This page is intended for supporting our existing CUES customers who have purchased one or more of our software products.  Access to this site requires the user to login using the user name and password you have provided CUES through the registration process.

If you are a new user please press "Register" button to proceed with getting authorization to access this web site.  Otherwise please press "Login" to provide your personal user name and password.

Once a new user has completed their registration an initial e-mail will be sent with a verification code needed to log in the first time.  Also, a CUES employee will be notified to determine the product(s) the customer has purchased to grant them appropriate access.  Once determined, and this process has been completed, a second e-mail notification will be sent to the new user.

NOTE: When selecting a password for your account please be aware that it must be at least seven characters in length.

Release of Granite XP V4.2.2 - Friday, February 05, 2010

CUES is proud to announce the latest release of Granite XP, Version 4.2.2, with updates and enhancements to keep your system at peak performance.

This update includes enhancements to Granite XP Enterprise, Inspection, Engineering, and Viewer editions, and a list of new features. Please note that you will need a new activation code only if you are upgrading from version 3.x or earlier.
 

WHY DO I NEED TO DO AN UPDATE?

You need an update to take advantages of new features that will make your job much easier and more productive. Additionally, only version 4.2.2 can read databases created by other 4.2.2 installations. Also, the CUES Customer Service group will no longer be supporting outdated Granite XP versions because this update fixes many outstanding issues. Some of these features are:

  • MACP 4.4 and PACP 4.4 NASSCO certification
  • Neztek integration to Hansen version 8
  • MAXIMO Integration
  • Cleaning Inspections support
  • Inspection Lite edition. This affordable edition works with inspections without video recording.
  • Sonar phase 3
      • Changes in sonar data recording
      • Playback recorded sonar data
      • Manage sonar media (transfer, move, delete, link)
      • Work with sonar data recorded by previous release
      • Snapshot changes
      • Quick access button
      • Observations sediment control mandatory changes
  • CUES Total Pipe Score for PACP added to the Scoring Module
  • CUES Total Pipe Score for HANSEN added to the Scoring Module
  • Inspection scores calculation in Engineering & Inspection Lite editions added to the Scoring Module
