This page is intended for supporting our existing CUES customers who have purchased one or more of our software products.  Access to this site requires the user to login using the user name and password you have provided CUES through the registration process.

If you are a new user please press "Register" button to proceed with getting authorization to access this web site.  Otherwise please press "Login" to provide your personal user name and password.

Once a new user has completed their registration an initial e-mail will be sent with a verification code needed to log in the first time.  Also, a CUES employee will be notified to determine the product(s) the customer has purchased to grant them appropriate access.  Once determined, and this process has been completed, a second e-mail notification will be sent to the new user.

NOTE: When selecting a password for your account please be aware that it must be at least seven characters in length.

Release of Granite XP V4.3.3 - Thursday, July 01, 2010

CUES is proud to announce the latest release of Granite XP, Version 4.3.3, with updates and enhancements to keep your system at peak performance.

This update includes enhancements to Granite XP Enterprise, Inspection, Engineering, and Viewer editions, and a list of new features.  Please note that you will need a new activation code if you are upgrading from version 3.x or earlier.

WHY DO I NEED TO DO AN UPDATE?

You need an update to take advantages of new features that will make your job much easier and more productive.  Additionally, only version 4.3.3 can read databases created by other 4.3.3 installations. Also, the CUES Customer Service group will no longer be supporting outdated Granite XP versions because this update fixes many outstanding issues. Some of these features are:

*  Windows 7 support for Viewer, Inspection Lite, Engineering, and Enterprise editions. (Note: Inspection Edition Windows 7 support scheduled for Winter 2010)

*  ESRI module enhancements:
  *  Ability to create Granite XP types based on GIS subtypes
  *  Check and correct GIS source file name if name changes between imports
  *  The ability to estimate node assets coordinates using observations
  *  The ability to add estimated coordinates using map
  *  Zoom to selected asset in Map View pane from Navigator context menu
  *  ArcGIS-style Identify tool
  *  ArcGIS-style Measure tool
  *  ArcGIS-style find tool
  *  ESRI Profile Browse Button – browses to selected profile path
  *  New file based geo-database format support
  *  Additional Observation fields in GIS Export

*  Data transfer improvement: synchronize media separately

*  Estimate observation GPS coordinates on more than one inspection at a time

*  Media File Name Template tool including the ability to rename media files
